Welcome to ZuniPix: AI Photo Prompt Edit ("Zunipix", "we", "our", or "us"). ZuniPix is an Android mobile application providing a curated library of copy-ready prompts for artificial intelligence image generators.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through transparent data practices. This Privacy Policy details how data is handled when you download, install, or use the ZuniPix application.

2. Information Collection and Storage

We practice strict data minimization. The data accessed by or through ZuniPix falls into two categories:

A. Local On-Device Information (Never Sent to Our Servers)

• Favorites and Copy History: Prompts you favorite or copy are stored locally in an on-device private Room/SQLite database. This data never leaves your device.
• App Preferences: Settings such as dark/light theme, custom feed layouts, and copy counters are stored locally in Android SharedPreferences.
• Image Disk Cache: Image preview thumbnails retrieved from our edge content delivery network (Cloudflare R2) are cached locally in your app cache directory to support offline viewing.

B. Information Processed Automatically by Third-Party SDKs

When you use ZuniPix, third-party software development kits (SDKs) automatically process non-personally identifiable technical telemetry to serve advertisements, filter invalid traffic, and monitor crash stability:

• Advertising Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (GAID / Ad ID) used by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for frequency capping, ad delivery, fraud prevention, and analytics.
• Device and Technical Telemetry: Device model, manufacturer, operating system version (Android API level), screen resolution, IP address (used to determine coarse geographic region for ad routing and legal compliance), and network connection status.
• Diagnostic & Performance Data: Anonymized stack traces, crash logs, and load latency metrics processed via Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics to troubleshoot stability.

4. Advertising and User Privacy Choices

ZuniPix is a free, ad-supported mobile application. To deliver advertisements, we use Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK.

European Economic Area (EEA), UK, and Switzerland (GDPR Compliance)

If you reside in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, a Google-certified User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent screen is presented upon first launch. You can grant, deny, or customize consent for ad personalization and identifier use.

Revoking or Updating Consent: You can revisit and modify your consent choices at any time directly inside the app by navigating to Settings → About & Legal → Privacy Choices.

United States State Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA / VCDPA)

We do not sell your personal data for monetary consideration. Users can opt out of personalized, cross-context behavioral advertising through their Android system settings.

Resetting Your Advertising ID (All Users)

You can reset your Advertising ID or delete it entirely across all Android apps:

• Open Android device Settings.
• Select Google → Ads (or Privacy → Ads).
• Tap Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID.

In accordance with Google Play's Data Minimization Policy, ZuniPix requests only the minimal permissions required for operation:

• android.permission.INTERNET: Required to download prompt feeds and images from our CDN and load advertisements.
• android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Detects internet availability to activate local offline database fallbacks.
• android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS: (Android 13+) Optional permission requested only if you opt in to receive daily prompt alert notifications. You can disable this anytime in your system settings.

Permissions We Never Request: We never request access to your Camera, Microphone, Contacts, Phone State, Precise GPS Location, or External Shared Storage.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Age Restriction)

ZuniPix is intended for individuals aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions where required by law).

If we become aware that personal data from a minor under 16 has been processed without verified parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such data. If you believe a minor has accessed the app in violation of this policy, please contact us immediately.

ZuniPix provides convenience actions such as "Open in Gemini" and "Open in ChatGPT". Tapping these actions copies the prompt to your clipboard and opens the respective external application or browser URL.

ZuniPix is an independent prompt library application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC (Gemini/Imagen), OpenAI LLC (ChatGPT/DALL-E), Midjourney Inc., or Meta Platforms Inc. When using external platforms, their respective terms and privacy policies govern your use.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Because ZuniPix does not utilize remote user accounts:

• All favorites, history, and customized variables exist solely on your physical device.
• You can permanently delete all local app data anytime via Settings → Clear History, Clear Favorites, or by selecting "Clear Storage" in Android App Settings.
• Uninstalling the app immediately deletes all locally stored data.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any modifications will be posted to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
